The responsibilities of this role include:
Performs the installation, testing, and repair of satellite systems for residential customers, DISH Network, DTV. Specific Duties are:
• Tests installed system for conformance to specifications
• Instruct customer in use of equipment
• Replaces and repairs defective systems
• Ensures that documentation is effectively completed and submitted
• Accurately maintains vehicle inventory
• Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction
• Adheres to safety guidelines and requirements
Requirements:
• Six months minimum residential installation experience with Dish Network and DTV.
• Must provide your own truck, equipment and installation supplies for Dish/Directv approved professional installations
• Must be pleasant, courteous and professional with our customers
• Installations will be Q.C.'d
• Proof of insurance
• Background check will be required
Compensation is competitive and will be based off experience. There will be bonuses for excellent work.
